Finding Invoices
Need a copy of your invoice for monthly billing? Here's how to quickly locate and download your billing receipts through Cosine.
Navigating to Billing Information
You can access your invoice history directly from your account settings. Follow these steps:
Go to the Home screen of the Cosine web app.
Click the Settings tab in the left sidebar.
In the General section of Settings, scroll to find your subscription details.
Click the Manage Subscription button at the bottom of that section.
This will redirect you to the Stripe billing portal, where all your billing information is managed.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
Once you’re in the Stripe portal:
Scroll to the Invoice History section.
You’ll see a list of all past transactions (if you’ve made any payments).
Click on any invoice to open a detailed billing page.
From there, you can view or download the invoice as a PDF.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see any invoices, it may be that no payments have been processed yet.
If you're redirected but don't land on the billing page, try refreshing or check your browser’s pop-up settings.
